The clear project task for the building in a street row with an attached wing to the neighboring building was established.

Due to the narrow plot, similar to the approach in Dostojevskog 20, the decision was made not to design underground garages. The main challenge was to solve the courtyard apartments, including the wing, and accommodate as many cars as possible in the courtyard.

During the design process, a structural solution with a pendulous wing supported by console beams above the ground floor was employed. This further facilitated the development of the apartments on the typical floors, with a grouping of areas that do not require daylight (kitchens and bathrooms) towards the interior of the building. By constructing a ramp with an incline and lowering the entrance level to the building and courtyard, three semi-buried garages were created in the semi-basement, which, along with five parking spaces in the courtyard, met the minimum needs of the residents.

Similar to the building in Dostojevskog 20, the street facade and the apartments maintained compactness by incorporating small loggias. Besides their primary role, the loggias provide the apartments with an additional sense of airiness without compromising the feeling of privacy and security that a home should provide in the canyon of today's urban street. In the case of the large penthouse apartment, the use of the base and roof arches was maximized. This enabled a spacious living area with a high vaulted ceiling and a partially sheltered terrace, previously achieved through a recessed rooftop mini-cube. Apart from its protective function, the terrace now offers the possibility of enjoying the open sky, creating an even more porous boundary between the interior and exterior.

The exterior design emerged from triangulation, with two initial points being the surrounding buildings and the symbolism associated with the already completed project in Dostojevskog 20 for the same developer. Just like in Dostojevskog 20, we opted for a simple modern expression with an emphasized volume along the street alignment, providing stability to the building. This time, dark brown bricks were chosen to blend with the existing environment. The courtyard side provided a bit more space for play. Once again, the design adopted a modern expression with strip windows and highlighted details in yellow that extend throughout the entire facade.
